Vouchers arrive as a printable PDF and a digital code. You can forward the PDF to the recipient yourself, or have it emailed directly to them on a specified date (great for birthdays). We can also print and post a physical voucher on request — just call us.
Glowe gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, in line with NZ consumer protection guidelines. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
Yes — vouchers can be redeemed in full on a single treatment or split across several visits until the balance is used. We track the balance on our system, so the recipient doesn't need to keep change.
